A grass roots site to push for justice for Hugues de la Plaza, a French and American citizen who was murdered June 2 2007 in San Francisco. The San Francisco police did not investigate; the French government intervened. This is place to remember Hugues, post notices about his case, and demand justice and accountability from the SF government.

Did anyone investigate his internet travels between the time he got home from clubbing it with his friends and his death?
I understand he left the club, telling his pals that he was hoping to find someone to have sex with.
Perhaps he looked online & told this person he would meet them at his door step...
Really and as I have not guessed earlier
What charming idea
Bravo, your idea it is very good
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
Good brief and this enter helped me alot in my college assignement. Say thank you you on your information.
I watched this show last night and was very disturbed by the investigation - or rather, lack thereof... I am under the impression that a medical examiner's responsibility is to look at the BODY - and make a determination as to the cause of death based upon the wounds to body - but this woman says that she will not consider changing the cause of death unless she learned of someone else being the apartment - i guess i see THAT aspect of the investigation to be left up to law enforcement - it seems that she is clearly overstepping her boundaries, wanting to be "super cop" when she's supposed to be the medical examiner??
She also said that the cause of death is nothing more than an "opinion" - i have a serious problem with that - it should be backed up by forensics - and all of her cases should be reopened if all she is providing is an opinion... it is sickening how this case was handled. I pray for a resolution.
I saw not that long ago a murder case (I think it was call the sweethearts killing/murder) that was solved after +20 years. They had some DNA but at the time, there wasn't a data base to compare to. But, finally they got the killer thanks to this DNA sample. Maybe, you should push to the police department to make a search for the DNA found on the watch. After all, they own you at least that.
they can investigate his date for the night of the murder, that his friend said he told him that goes wrong....if is not a force entry, obviously he know the killer, or the killer had keys if his apartment and was waiting for him inside.....i hope the police can solve this case...nobody deserve to died they way he die.....
48 hours re-aired on OWN Network yesterday. Having lived in S.F. I thought surely this case has progressed since 2010 original airing I saw so I looked it up only to be totally disgusted. THIS CASE IS SOLVABLE WITH DNA FROM WATCH! That idiotic medical examiner has destroyed a family & her findings were laughable & negligent-who stabs themselves 3 TIMES to commit suicide or wants to make it look like murder? I have exp. with suicide my mother killed herself and a close friend did. A good cold case detective needs to be put on this case & I bet DNA is already in data base my theory is it was a set up to rob him to me sounds like he was buying drugs or weed that's why he went out on porch at that hour shut door behind him. Not only do they have DNA they have a computer and phone records its just ridiculous and it looks like police are hiding something if they don't fix this.
